Passion on 6th Street?

A flower has blossomed on 6th Street. On one of SF's most gritty blocks what once was a run down liquor store and pawn shop is now a visually engaging building that makes you want to park your car, or bike, and see what's happening inside.

Passion Cafe (passioncafe.net) is a new french bistro two years in the making. Partners Steve Barton and Jacques Andre have developed a truly awesome atmosphere of blasted brick, dark wood, and a marble bar. The attention to detail throughout transports you back to when this building was new 100 years ago. Plus there is a roof top deck which offers a unique outside urban experience.
